This is one that I meet but I don’t. Funny, right. Not really. Seems geocaching and Project GC Challenge checker both consider Northern Ireland either part of Ireland (though they won’t fill that in on the maps) or not worthy of of filling in (gee, I wonder what they’ll do when BRITEX occurs, especially since Northern Ireland is part of the UK. Pohka’s hate stupidity like this).
Not a worry, should have the sixth err... fifth one this year by hook or by crook. Will update then.

I picked up RL from school and we drove down to this park to hike and find some caches. We got on the wrong trail initially but figured it out after we passed it. RL was on fire finding the caches today - I need her along more often (too bad that whole school thing gets in the way!). We've cached in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Iceland and the UK for 5 countries. My stats are public, so I assume it's easily verifiable. Tomorrow we head westward to add a couple new states to my list.

I headed to Palmer Park to do some hiking and caching on a spectacular spring day.
I had forgotten this was here and I definitely qualify with cache finds in 39 countries (stats attached) so I made this my primary target today.
Cache is in good shape, TFTC.

Greetings from Sydney, Australia! Found with NYWanderer. While I had the opportunity, I wanted to finish off my Jasmer Challenge (which is impossible to do without international travel, for us Aussies). I only had four combinations remaining (June 2000, July 2000, August 2000 and September 2000), so I hatched a plan and roped in NYWanderer for great company. I flew into Salt Lake City from New York and met NYWanderer at the airport, where we collected the hire car to start our road trip. We had some specific caches mapped out, in addition to the Jasmer caches, including a number of Challenge Caches we had qualified for. We spent the night in Salt Lake City, then headed south towards the incredible Arches National Park, ticking off ‘Potters Pond’ (August 2000) on the way, and staying overnight in Moab. The next day we continued towards Colorado Springs, getting a First To Find at ‘Cache by the Falls’, as well as ‘Tarryall’ (July 2000) in subzero temperatures while the snow blanketed us and the landscape. First thing in the morning of day four, we scaled Mays Peak to find ‘Paul Barclay Stash’ (September 2000) and a First To Find at ‘My first hide’. It was at this point we realised one of the tyres on the hire car had been punctured and it was losing pressure quickly. Oh no! At least we were parked in a quiet enough spot to easily swap out the flat with the spare tyre. This had thrown a spanner in the works and we now needed to go hunting for a place to get it fixed, instead of hunting for more caches. But, it could have been worse. We made it to Denver, where we spent the afternoon, and once the tyre was fixed, we continued north to Cheyenne for the night. We had a big drive across Nebraska the next day, picking up three First To Finds at ‘St. Mary's Cemetery-Oconto’, ‘Jewell Cemetery’ and ‘St. Patrick's Cemetery’, and spent the night in Grand Island. Heading south the next day, we picked up a First To Find at ‘The Other Scranton Cemetary’ and stopped by the geo-graphical centre of the contiguous United States, before tracking east towards Kansas City, where I was lucky enough to complete my main goal for the road trip, the Jasmer Challenge, by finding ‘Missouri's First - Watts Mill’ (June 2000). It was a very memorable road trip and I am very grateful I was able to explore some more places in this amazingly diverse country. Thanks to NYWanderer for the great company and Thanks For The Caches to the respective Cache Owners, and for showing us some awesome spots. On to the next big challenge! “JordsAU
