Boy, I made this puzzle way harder than it had to be. I started off in the right direction, but got lost in unnecessary math. A few hints set me straight. Mini me made the grab while I sat in the car. Thanks for the puzzle.

Picking up a couple of puzzles and filling in the map some up north. Expected more difficulty given the title, but my first hunch proved to be correct. Not found in a while, dry log and container in good shape, absolutely right on GZ. TFTC.
