When I looked at the sat view from a nearby park this appeared to be a sidewalk so off I went for a little walk. Oops it’s a drainage but it was basically dry so down I went, found the cache & used it to go back. I struggled a bit opening the cache but used a TOTT & finally got it open. TFTC
