With Samhaim having passed the Sidhe court is passing time playing Stones until Eastre.  In this game 16 stones are thrown by two teams of sidhe from the South Pole to the North and then from the East Pole to the West to determine who's the greatest atheletes in the court.  At each pole is a house the sidhe try to throw the stones into (each team is made up of four sidhe, each team takes a turn throwing a stone.  Once all 16 stones are thrown the end is completed and scored.  Games are usually either eight or ten ends long depending on the level of competition.  To encourage you to learn about Stones the coordinates for the cache can be determined by adding the results from several ends for each of the associated letter (the black and red dots represent the stones thrown by the two teams, red is one team, black another. The concentric circles represent the houses the stones are being thrown into with the yellow representing the button).

Solved the puzzle fairly quickly the other day (I was getting frustrated because I knew how to solve it but the checker wouldn't give it to me-that's when I realized I had N37 for all of my atttempts!) and made the find today. It took me a long time to spot it, even after a PAF to Kerewin0430. It was partially embedded into the ground but perfectly functional. Great container! Thanks for the fun cache!

Have had this puzzle solved for many MANY months, and finally reached out to the CO in March to verify that I was generally in the right area. I subsequently searched five to ten more times (it's along one of my running/walking routes) but always turned up empty handed. He kindly checked on it recently and replaced it with an absolutely adorable container! Thanks for keeping tabs on this one, and for not letting the trolls / ogres foil this game! :-)

Received a request to check from a nice human so went out and checked on this one; muggles or ogre/trolled (the sidhe had a meeting on the differences between trolls and ogres and reached a conclusion at ogres are worse than trolls because you can't reason with them. For this one time I'm using the dual naming. My opinion, trolls and ogres are equally bad. Ogres often aren't aware of their nature, trolls are aware).

As for the cache, I replaced it, same coordinates. Since the season is that of the Sidhe Court I've replaced the missing stone with the stone for the Sidhe Court (for mortals that means a white stone).

Solved this last summer, looked for it unsuccessfully, then finally went back today to make the find. Coordinates put me somewhere completely different. Fun puzzle :) SL
