I usually get my chores done before caching, but since things have started heating up I decided to cache first today. Good decision - it was in the low 60s and slightly breezy, perfect weather to to out and about. I split between walk to caches and p&g caches. I needed to get a little exercise, so I parked at the businesses at 120th and Federal and cached my way as I walked over. Saw the cache and the nearby benchmark at about the same time. Took a quick pic of the benchmark and grabbed the cache. Luckily it was still early enough I could time the grab and return with breaks in traffic. Headed back to the car and found a few more before heading home. Thanks for the cache! Find #2449.

Long walk from where I walked, could have parked on side of the road I guess, but like to play it safe with the jandarms TFTC

Laced up the sneakers and chased this one down on foot. Twas about 2 miles round-trip. Honestly I don't know how one would get this cache with a car. I hope you would not park on Federal. That seems dangerous, especially since the speed limit is 55 mph in this area. Also, there is no great place to park in the neighborhood to the east. If you do, you will have to deal with 4 lanes of Federal and have to cross it twice (did I mention the speed limit is 55 mph here?). Best way to approach this cache is to use a bicycle or take a long walk. Maybe I am being extra cautious because recently a best friend of mine was killed biking on the shoulder of a 55 mph road by a 16 year old who veered off the road and it was discovered later she was on SnapChat. Be careful out there fellow cachers!
