Fort Collins cachers are pleased to present a new subdivision adjacent to Dry Magic on the north side of town.  Caches are placed away from residences.  TV stands for Timbervine.

Real Estate Company Redfin says TimberVine is the newest, hand-crafted community situated in the heart of Fort Collins, CO. Close to Old Town culture, but far enough to escape the grind.

Enjoy touring a new subdivision and finding a new cache in the process.

I found this one with my dear sister @beluga_squad during an awesome day of geocaching that involved 34 finds - a personal record! As a fan of craft beer, I got a kick out of all the street names near GZ. Cache is dry and in good condition - TFTC :)

Found 5 of the 8 we were looking for in this area. Very hot so we did not spend too much time looking when we could not find the cache within 10 minutes or so. Amazing how many new homes are being built in the area. Garmin Base Camp did not even show the correct street names. SL, TFTC.
