Herndonrd and I took a stab at this one with no success. The coordinates were bouncing some so we checked a fairly wide search area. I will gladly take a hint if you are willing to send me one.

Still there.... was hidden very well since it had not been found in a while. Re-hid it very well, again.

It is evident that this cache is gone. There are chunks of asphalt pushed down the hill and new concrete for parking spaces and signs was poured. In addition, there are numerous private property and no trespassing signs throughout the apartment complex. When I drove by on the main road, I thought the cache would be on the electrical boxes by the street, but the coordinates are clearly on the apartment property.
