I am racing to get 60 more caches before the end of the year, hoping to find 1,000 in 2018. At the beginning of the day I needed 60-65 more. I'm out and about with peace love pi grabbing a few tonight. Brrrr, it's getting cold as the sun goes down - I need my hat! We came this way to work on a multi, but we couldn't get some pictures to load. This was nearby so we headed over here even though peace love pi already found this one. Found the cache full of ice, which we emptied out. The log book is really wet, I wound up signing the back cover. Thanks for the smiley! Find #3007.

Nice wild rough area, I enjoyed to come out here, but the cache itself fooled me and did not enlighten me with it's presence. 
Well, let's move on to the next..
(note: it must have been there, though, since it was found again after my visit)

In the area to do the multi, but couldn't find stage 3,so chose this one instead. Left the trail a bit early, had to come back out, and go down a few more feet before making the find. TFTC! Cache had water in it, log book is quite wet. I dried it the best I could before replacing.

had a great time finding this one with kids! The tree cover in this area throws off our GPS some 18 feet or so, but our intrepid little explorers spotted this one nonetheless. Take note that the logbook is soaking wet, could use a little checkup. It was an awesome find too because it seems it hasn't been visited in a while. TFTC!
