One of many caches along the Clear Creek Trail between Golden and Prospect Park in Wheat Ridge. This is a mirco cache with log only, and not your typical cache.

This is a cache along the Clear Creek Trail between Wheat Ridge and Golden. The cache is not close to parking but best access by walking or biking along the Clear Creek Trail. There are several trailheads along the trail and many other caches along this section of Clear Creek Trail. One half mile west of the cache parking is available in Downtown Golden. Four miles east of the cache there is a trailhead at 42nd and Youngfield Street. Bring a pen or pencil the cache contains only a log.

Brought the other half of the geocyclists85 team here on a nice, long bike ride from Denver to let them find it (since this one was so neat). Had a little trouble with it but jiggled it and got it to work. Then we finished up in Golden with a sandwich from D’Deli before biking home. Some travel bugs visited with us too (all the way from Bali, Indonesia where we picked them up last week). Here is a pic of the bugs in downtown Golden...

Checked the cache while out for a bike ride along the Clear Creek Trail, today before the rain starts. Cache is in good shape and ready for the spring and summer.

Wow - super cool setup for a cache! This one is getting a favorite point. Biking to a training for work in Golden today. Turning it into a geocycle morning. Thanks for hiding this cache and making it so creative. I have Sasquatch TB with me from South Carolina and a beer travel bug too.

Decided to get on my bicycle and do some caches on the trail.
This was the first one and my favorite.
