Finally got this little sucker. I had tried to look for this once before but then I noticed something and it clicked. Unfortunately some guy came out of the smoke shop and was smoking for a while so I couldn’t check final spot for about 10 minutes finally I was able to get it on the fourth try

Came back to give this one a fave point!

A Quick find, then it was just before lunch. I seem to find faster when I know there if food at the end of the hunt. Muggels appear land disappear quickly here
