Two stage multi. Stage 1 and 2 are not within walking distance.

First stage is incredibly boring. Second stage is incredibly not boring!

I've been wanting to do another multi for a while. I actually had a much more interesting idea for stage one but this part of town was a little too crowded for what I wanted to do. So it will have to wait for another spot. But don't worry, I have some ideas of places to check out. So for now, Stage 1 is a P&G. But don't worry, the final is definitely not! And it's an AMMO CAN!

UPDATE 6/17/2018 - replacement cache is still a regular size but no longer an ammo can.

 

Be careful when you get to GZ. You should definitely be paying more attention to your surroundings than your GPSr. Use your geosense to make the find.

Finally got over here to add a log. Very sorry for those who found it and didn’t have anything to sign. And for myself! This is the third time I’ve been here and yeah, that T4 rating is no joke! The last little bit will definitely test you. Kids can get within the last 20’ but the adults should do the rest. Log is in and the cache is in good shape. Have fun and be safe!

Happy to be done with this one. Definitely not a place to approach when there is snow on the ground or when the ever-present leaves are slippery. We attacked from a number of directions and David finally prevailed. At-risk all the way. There was no log sheet in the cache so we left the slip of paper that has the coordinates on it. Lots of pens inside. Can't call this one a favorite but happy to be done with it.

Thanks for the fun multi - the second stage was definately attention getting but I'm happy to report that no shoes got wet during this adventure! I didn't find a log sheet in the final, so made the game a whole lot harder since I thought perhaps the CO was being especially devious. Between that and climbing all over the resident gnarly object, it was a fun day! Thanks for setting this up for us.

Replaced the cache today! Sadly, no longer an ammo can, but is still a large container. There are still signs of a former homeless camp (that wasn't there when I originally placed the cache), but it appears to be deserted. The final approach to GZ is difficult. Please be careful!

Logging with permission of the CO. Even though we didn't find the final, this was a very exciting and fun hunt. We easily found the first stage and then went to Stage 2. After searching for a while without success, I expanded my search and discovered a homeless camp nearby. It looks as though the homeless Camp has been tossed and perhaps its occupants are not returning. I believe there is hope for this cache. I hope it continues! Found with @2lablovers . Tftc!

Thxs for this multi, the 2nd stage was certainly not boring, there has been erosion & the terrain rating should be "8" rather than 4.
