Dogs  Scenic view

This cache was the idea and creation of our 8 year old son. The container and all the swag was bought with his own money. The only thing he asks is please trade fairly and HAVE FUN!!!
The best way we found to get to the cache location is go to "kings road cache" (GC17NEA) and head up hill from there. If you attempt it from the west side be ready for a good climb and a terrain rating of about  4. We had to secure the container because we've had a few come up missing lately, so sorry for the inconvenience. Good luck & happy hunting!!!

Got an early start from the Crags trailhead this morning and had a very nice hike up to Devil's Playground. Weather was perfect, so I took several detours once up top (and on the way down) to pick up some nearby caches. Afterwards, I still had a little bounce in me but didn't feel like hanging around the Crags area, so I stopped in Woodland Park on the way home to pick up some caches that help with challenges I'm working on (T>2, regular size caches). Thanks for placing this cache!

Had to pick the path and chose the right one given the environment. Excellent view up here but going to look to take a couple of photos at the next one up. Appreciate the hide.

We decided to extend our hike on Black Friday (much better than shopping). It was calm in the beginning, but close to GZ the wind almost blew us off the hill. Bush whacking sure burnt off yesterdays calories. We loved all the military items inside. Left a bit of swag and dropped off a TB for the next cacher to move along. Deserves a favorite. Tftc.

11:12. AM Having completed our 64th Colorado county on 8/5, we are settling into a 2 week stay in Divide.

Like yesterday, today is an "acclimation" hike. Finishing up the area today since we ran out of time yesterday. It's nice to find the semi-old geocaches. Nicely done theme cache! Great view, too.

I signed the log below some familiar names. Thanks, boborr80909 adopted by AJ33P, for the cache.
