National Pharmacist Day is honors pharmacists, and recognizes their important role in medical care. A Pharmacist must be knowledgeable of the chemistry of all medicines. They can inform you of a drugs' side effects, and all aspects of prescription medicine. Very importantly, they understand and recognize the inter-action of drugs together...many people take numerous drugs.

Answer: Mr. Emil Gower was the Pharmacist. Upset over the death of his son in the war, Mr. Gower accidentally filled a prescription with cyanide. George Bailey caught the mistake. Mr. Gower was played by H.B. Warner (1875-1958).

I appreciate the reference to “It’s a Wonderful Life” in this description as I grew up watching that movie each holiday season. That said, I would have been hard-pressed to tell you the name of the pharmacist!

I found this cache with my dear sister (beluga_squad). Cache is dry and in good condition. TFTC :)
