#3 in the big dipper cache series

This one has space to park right in front of it. "watch out for the road block" please be careful to not loose the piece that closes the cache. If you do say so in your log so it can be replaced promptly. Should not be an issue as long as you are not in a hurry.

The road is no longer closed as the theater is now open. I parked nearby and walked over. I was expecting this to be in the lamp post, but didn't find anything there. My GPSr was pointing between that and the signal, so I checked out everything in the neighborhood. Previous logs have indicated a tool is necessary, but that shouldn't be required on a traditional cache. Is this still here? Was this on the road closed sign that has since been removed?

Here from KY. Grabbing a few caches before heading back home tomorrow. Found in the dark, then had to be creative with a dime. Nice one! Thanks for placing this one.
