Second try, gps from 2 different directions puts me in the same spot. I know it's close because the whole hill side is plowed with foot prints. Looked in a few spots trying not to damage hill. Decided to go rather than further damage this sensitive area.

That was a bugger! Thought the puzzle would be the toughest part, not so! Couldn't find nearby trail, tried to avoid busting the crust as much as possible but it was not easy. Tftc!

Agree with fishlogger about the number of possible hiding spots. Fortunately, I found it in the last place I looked. Took a couple of minutes to get the Eiffel tower out of the container without a tool. TFTC. TN. LN.
