This is a theme cache and is intended for folks/treasures related to Teddy Bears. However, everyone is welcome to come and enjoy the awesome view!
This is the third traditional geocache by The Steininger Squadron. We hid it during our tour of South Central Colorado over the Columbus Day weekend. It was inspired by our love of teddy bears. The original contents include an assortment of 8 miniature teddy bears from the traditional stuffed type to the beanie baby type (there are even a couple based on the “Big Al” Character from the recent “Country Bears” Disney film).

We ask that you maintain the theme and only swap teddy bear related items in this cache. Please sign the log and tell us about your favorite bear (hopefully you won’t’ run into any live ones while searching for this cache). God Bless America! One Nation Under God!!!

Out with friends making a loop from Buena Vista, over Monarch Pass then Pitkin and back to BV via Hancock Pass a total of 145 miles. Nice short hike from parking area. No teddy bears around however. TFTF
