Congrats tinytuttle on FTF!
This is part of a series of challenges I am releasing for new cachers in the area to find something they can qualify for. Sometimes its discouraging for those of us who have only been caching for a little while to see some of the difficult challenges in Fort Collins, and its nice to have something easy to qualify for.
This is the 150 Trackable Challenge! It is for anyone who has found, discovered, moved, owned or logged 150 trackables of any kind! Some people love finding trackables at events to log, some people love buying bugs to send out into the world, everyone has something they love doing with trackables! Personally, I love geocoins, I collected coins as a kid and love the Geocoins I've seen, bought, logged, discovered, etc.
To qualify for this challenge, you must simply have logged 150 or more trackables on your profile page. I'm not requiring that you have moved them or owned them, just discovering works for this challenge. However, you must make your profile public so I can verify that you have logged 150 or more trackables. This challenge is designed to encourage trackable discoveries, trading, and movement between geocachers at both events and in caches directly.
Simply post a screen-shot of your trackables logged part of your statistics, or if you have another way of "proving" you have logged that many go ahead and post it, just make sure that its something I can verify. If you do not qualify for this challenge or do not post your proof within a reasonable amount of time I may delete your log.
150 may not be that many to some, and it may be alot to others, this challenge is mainly for those geocachers who actually want to move or discover trackables, and don't forget its not mandatory to do this challenge!
Just for an example, I will post my credentials. I have found over 150 but again, I want to make this a simple challenge for newer geocachers to aim for!
Trackables Logged
194
Something like that is enough for me, as long as your profile is set to public so I can verify the amount.
Keep an eye out at events for trackables to discover, and feel free to use a website like logthemall.com (thanks LasVegasBones for telling me about it!) which will allow you to log as many trackables at once as you'd like, which makes the process much faster!
I hope you have fun discovering, moving, buying or just logging trackables, you may find some really unique ones out there! Difficulty and Terrain ratings are based upon the difficulty of finding and logging 150 trackables, the actual cache should be easy for you to find. The container is big enough for small SWAG and of course, small trackables! Make sure you keep it hidden so muggles don't find it!
