This cache is located at the entrance to a local bingo spot. Sometimes this area is seemingly vacant. But I do know it can be a busy (muggletastic) area as well. :)
Might need tweezers. Bring a pen. Have fun. Congratulations to DBsearching for FTF! :) Thanks for the feedback on my cache. I have some plans to change this cache. In the meantime I did move the cache to the south east corner of the east pillar at entry way. Now the cache can be seen/reached without actually entering the parking lot. Also, choose your searching time wislely. FUN FUN FUN. :)

Wanted to check up on this one. Its def there. I will add that when I check on this one, it seems to get easily covered by a small amount a debris. Its always right where I left it. The description and hints in past cacher's logs all point right to it. If you're having trouble just try dusting away a little dirt here and ther and it may help.
