Halloween is an extra fun time of year for JrPuppyPaw and me.  The excitement of decorating the house, costumes, corn mazes, and jack-o-lanterns.  The leaves are turning colors and the temperatures are cooling down.  This year the kiddo was also excited to create this series of caches.  Some are kooky and some are spooky… we hope all of them bring a smiley to your day.

Last cache for 2021. First place we parked wasn't quite right so we moved to the other side and that was perfect . Short walk to get to area and then started searching. Followed the "obvious" trail - nope, not there. Moved further down and George spotted it and I made the grab. Loved the container - esp the purple ! One of my favorite colors too.

The last cache in the series I needed and couldn't pass up the opportunity on this beautiful day! Came upon gz & thought this might take a bit of a search with the unfriendly terrain. Took the easiest side first & peered in & saw it was on the other side. Wasn't too bad to make the grab. Another cute container! Thanks for the fun series lasouthpaw & jrpuppypaw! SL

With a wide open schedule, we headed out to go grab some of the recently published caches. Short walk to GZ. Startedoff on the wrong side at first, made the correction and had the smiley in hand. I opened it up and there it was staring back at me, reminds me of the eye from the Hobbit seriesWink. Nice hide ,SL,TFTC,TNLN

This is an embarrassed FTF at 8:30 a.m. Yesterday, Spartacus Geodog and I could not spot the cache. After the CO temporarily disabled the cache, we returned without the geodog so we could maneuver better in this area. Today, there was no problem finding the cache. The cache is cute and nicely stocked and deserves a favorite point! Thank you for the placement, lasouthpaw!
