Come join us Dinosaur Discovery Day at Dinosaur Ridge on Sunday, October 10th from 9am - 3pm. Geocaching Colorado has been hosting a booth at Dino Days since 2006, and created an event for it most of those years. I am trying to help keep this tradition going with help from our great geocaching community. Those who attend love swinging by our booth to learn about our crazy addiction. Feel free to hang out, help out, or just say hi. We'd love to have you! We should be at or very near the posted coordinates.

 

You can take a leisurely stroll around the park, learning about dinosaurs and finding geocaches, or take the shuttle for a small fee. Come share stories, and trade trackables. There is always something fun to do even if you have already found all of the nearby caches. Perhaps you could even help convert a muggle into a geocacher??? Did you know that Colorado's State Fossil is a Stegosaurus?

After grabbing a bunch of caches on a mountain bike ride, OUT14ND3R and I headed to day two of the DinoRAWR event. I didn't realize that the host had changed from yesterday. It was night to chat after finding your caches in the past. Thanks for continuing this tradition of Dino events!
Today my kind friend, OUT14ND3R, agreed to take me caching while my Jeep is undergoing rehab for a blown transmission. We headed west for a bike ride and grabbed several caches finding a remarkable number of travel bugs! Next we headed to the DinoRawr Discovery event at the food of Dinosaur Ridge.
