I had to come out to replace the Calamity Camp Cache and figured I might as well set another one in the area. Take some time and poke around the area, it's really pretty cool. But be careful, you never know what you're going to find!

The road in from Hwy 141 isn't too bad, but you'll definitely need 4WD. Take your time and enjoy this incredible area. Bring a lunch, some snacks, and plenty of water.

The cache is in a tupperware container under some boulders.

Was on a short time clock and was trying to beat the storm before it hit. Will have another go at it another time since I didn't find it this time. Cool area though!

Hurray!!! A FTF! What a ride it was up to the cache on 6. 3/10 Rd. Not for the faint of heart. Of course there is another way up and recommend that way unless you have no fear of heights;). This was a terrific place and well worth the ride. You can actually see the location of another cache across the canyon...VERY cool. The "old" buildings are from the 50's ....Well I was born around then so,I guess that makes me old too!!! A favorite for sure
