After some solo caching, @Windatmyback called and wanted to go out. I was already out east and she met me in Watkins. From there we headed north and grabbed as many as possible.
The plains and constant road construction were mean to caches. Dirt was tilled right up to the host. I dug a little, but found nothing. Replaced with a black Mondou style 2ML container.

No luck for us on this one! The area looks like it flooded at some point, so the cache may have been swept away.

Bummer. My first no-go. There has been construction in the area and evidence of flooding so I don't know if man and Mother Nature moved it or if I'm just a newbie fool. Picked up some trash because muggles were looking at me as I tromped around searching. Oh well...will try again soon.

Final day of our KS/CO/UT/WY 6 day road-trip and the four of us decided that we would simply stop for caches here and there on our way to the airport.
Most of these were very quick although at times we had to stop & pick off those prickly hitchhikers that attach themselves to our shoes & pants.
