You are looking for a camo'd pill container with a log and foreign coins and bills.Coada was just over a year old and has been joining me hiking and caching. His sister, Izy, is five now and has been caching with me since she was a pup. We placed this cache on our way out from finding Colorado's Stonehenge today. You are looking for a camo'd pill container.
The actual hide is not so difficult. However, the approach will be the challenge. The recommended access is from Gold Lake Road. However, I had come from Spring Gulch Road when placing this cache. So, if you come from the Gold Lake side you will need to find the best route to the cache!!! Let me know how you came. If you come from Spring Gulch it is challenging to access the road due to private property but it can be done without trespassing.
There is some private land interspersed in this region but all private property and National Forest Boundary is clearly marked so you should have no problem staying legal.
The cache is placed on the west, uphill end of a long park that runs east-west. There aren't many hiding places at ground zero.
The current contents are Romanian coins and bills, Hungarian coins and bills and Euro coins. Feel free to trade coins and bills or just take some cool coins for your own collection and pleasure. You will have earned it after coming in here.

06/24/2014 By RDAD I enjoyed the hike and once I arrived at GZ, I did find the cache and it's still in good condition so I signed in on the logsheet. TNLN. Thanks for this placement!
We hoofed it in from the north coming in on the gold lake road and then the forest road. The initial hike in toward the drainage was great but then the terrain got steep and a traverse hike was due. That hill is pretty steep, we followed a game trail for a bit but had to break off to get to the cache. Team Pika and guest enjoyed the foreign money we left some other loot as well as some of our own coins from England, Italy and the Netherlands. The container is abit small for some serious trading but was well placed in the open...thanks for that izyspring.
On the return hike we went North to the drainage and then up...were the two streams meet there are a number of cool rock formations / boulders / caves. There was evidence of some folk camping / living in some of them in the past. It was neat to see that terrain.
