This cache is in memory of a cache that I placed that NO ONE could find - even the best cachers in this area scratched their heads!  ??Coordinates wrong?? Hidden really well????   Well I know that the this is certainly true because I went back and looked for it twice and couldn't find it!  Third time is the charm and now I have moved it several hundred yards up from its orginal spot so hopefully it can be found under the ledge -although to be honest there are several ledges around here!  You will know you are headed in the right direction if you see "the rock" that I drove over twice (once evidently not enough- some are slow learners) with scratches on it from taking out the bottom of the geo-vehicle. I parked and walked the short distance to the cache area this time. If you are interested in seeing the rock that started all of this - walk down the hill and behind a bushy tree is a VERY tall  "squirrel rock".

Out for a Sunday afternoon cache run. I cannot believe I haven't been out this way before! Had fun seeing the country and the river from a different direction. Missed one cache out here (Bushwhacked) - so I guess I'll have to come back! Fall colors were beautiful today in the valley and along the river. Thanks for bringing me out here! I enjoyed what was left of the squirrel rock - sorry the rest of it took a dive!
