In 2018 my wife was driving to work up Colorado Blvd and saw a dog running back and forth along the fence of the golf course trying to get out to the street. She called the golf course and said we would pick him up. We brought him to the shelter and after no one claimed him for two weeks, we decided finders keepers. This is Putter. He is the weirdest, most emotional, most bizarre animal that I have ever met. He will tell you a story with his eyes and try to talk with a series of jaw snaps when he wants something. Though he has grown fat and lazy since his days on the street, he still hunts for food every chance he gets. We used to take him to this park a few times a week where he would stand in the middle and bark at the air cause he's a little special and a pretty dumb, but we like him anyway.
