I have returned to Colorado, for the THIRD TIME. While I know that many Coloradoans hate folks from California, I did live in Cortez, CO for a year and Durango, CO for 12 years. This time, I hope to stay till I am called home to those Golden Streets.
This Cache Hiding structures have many names. Miss America, a cacher in So Cal, called them "boogers" because of their color. I named them a PUB, because they are a Public Utility Box. When you see them, they are just screaming to have a cache hidden somewhere on them. Most of the hides on these boxes are simple hides, and this one is no different. Just a log, bring your own pen/pencil. Should be a park and grab for any cacher, new or old.
I started caching in 2002 and cached in Durango, CO from 2002 to 2010, and have quite a few hides that are still active down in that area. One even has 102 favorites as of today. I will up my game as I get settled into my new home here in the Denver Metro area.
The intersection near here is like a central hub for this entire retail district. Thus my name for this cache. Hope you enjoy the quickie!
