Molecule Madness!!! large font

Welcome to Metric Madness!

This is a simple find near a path, which may require some stealth depending on the time of day.  Once this cache is found, it will spark a classroom activity where students are challenged on their ability to convert miles, pounds, and speeds into the language of science.. metric. In fact metric is the language of nearly the entire planet. Winning students will be entered into an epic raffle, and will attain the pride of dominating metric madness.

Good luck and happy caching!

That took us a while as it was definitely well camouflaged. I couldn’t figure out how to open the container and got covered in sap in the meantime. TFTC.

Surprised to see a DrPolleyClass cache that wasn't a puzzle. Thanks for these ones too! SL

I had an appointment in Boulder this morning and was running a bit early. I decided to grab a few smileys around Superior / Louisville to kill time. I wanted to stop and look but the arrow told me to keep going, so I did. I really try to let the thing zero out and go from there. Turns out following the arrow was the right thing to do. Spotted this well camo-ed container on my first slow lap around GZ. Sorry it’s summer – I would have enjoyed triggering some metric madness! The log is in about three pieces, but it’s dry and there’s plenty of room. Thanks for the find - cache #2823

Was hoping for a quick smilie, but not so lucky. One of the possible hiding tree has a large branch broken and I wonder if the cache was there?

Quick find with tracylhs. Getting some puzzle caches we solved and other caches around Louisville and South Boulder. Nice weather for caching. SL. TFTC!
