The Usual Suspects from Durham (Skyecat, GPS Derek, canmoose, Capers4, SearchinSwifts) were on a six-day driving trip through eight states, to visit some of the oldest caches in those states, including the oldest active cache in the world. It was a lot of driving, but also a lot of fun! As a result of the trip, I have now found five of the 10 oldest caches in North America, and seven of the 20 oldest in the world. Time to plan trips to Oregon and Georgia!
After visiting the nearby virtual, we stopped for this one on the way back to the main road, and then it was off to Mingo, Kansas to see if there was anything worth seeing there. TFTC
