In honor of "WiggleAndBean" I am redoing some of their more memorable hides. Unfortunately, they are moving out of the area. You will be missed!
WiggleAndBean:
"Doc Holliday came to Glenwood Springs to cure his tuberculosis but ultimately he succumbed to the disease (there is a grave site on the east side of Glenwood but they are not quite sure where his body is buried within the Linwood Cemetery). This cache is a short drive on a switchback dirt road north of Highway 6 and is labeled on a map as the Transfer Trail. Keep in mind that the road is maintained year-round however sometimes you might need a four-wheel drive. You will find a parking lot on top of the mountain at the end of the trail. From this cache's overlook, you will have an awesome view of No Name, Colorado. This cache is most easily reached during the fall after the leaves fall. During the summer the foliage makes it hard to reach. The snow can get deep in the winter. Make sure to take some photos and use @geocaching #geocachingcolorado on your Instagram and / or Facebook posts."
