Did you just lose your social security check on the blackjack table in Central City?  Gamble away your paycheck, dropping quarters in the slots?  At least you can thank the good people of Central City for building this big, beautiful, underutilized highway so you can safely drive back to Denver while crying your eyes out.  And you can thank me for giving you what you need most right now…Free Fun!

This is a short power trail that follows the breathtaking Central City Parkway.  All of the geocaches can be safely accessed by pulling off on the right shoulder, while travelling north to south.  You will not have to cross the road or pull a U-turn if you are southbound.

Out for a run with Greasepot and Pobah (the band is back together after a hiatus)! Great day to be out and about near Blackhawk--even beat the rain (although Greasepot took one for the team AND didn't melt). Thanks for adding to our fun and TFTC BigSmile.

I attempted both the northbound and southbound cache today and had good luck. I found this one at 10:48 am. Thanks for the cache!

It took me a few minutes to spot this one. The cache is higher than my GPS was telling me - maybe 30 feet.

Today, @windatmyback and I came up to Central City in hopes of an FTF. We grabbed other caches in the area while there. Glad for the obvious hide in the mountains where it can be tough to zero in on the GZ where my GPS is bouncy.
We ran into @Rohatx and @sarahcrow at this one. Nice to see friends in distant places.
