Out on Black Friday doing more Caching than shopping. Glad to have some quick finds today, geosenses are on fire today.

Some may say we are crazy, but this game/hobby is one of the greatest gifts. Who doesn’t love a great scavenger hunt. Hiking, biking or driving hundreds of miles to sign our name on a piece of paper. This brings us a lifetime of joy.

There was a truck driver muggle waiting for his rig to be unloaded with chips at the grocery store delivery area. His line of sight was right on me, ug. So I get out a trash bag, and my grabber and pretend that I'm just picking up trash. I close-in on the cache and realize that the log is a goner. It needs to be replaced. And the container has been chewed by a little furry creature, there are two holes in the bottom. Luckily, I was just given a brand new pill bottle at the CITO event today.
I replaced the cache container, and also placed a new log and baggie. It is back in its nesting spot. Everything is as good as new now, and ready for another go.
I agree with a prior visitor that the terrain level seems a little high. One can easily stay on the outside perimeter where it is level to reach the cache. I suppose if one wants to trapse down and through the water hole, then climb back up on the other side it would be worthy of a 3 or 3.5. ;)
