To solve the puzzle and find the cache, do the following: (Keep at least 5 decimal points in your calculations)
1. Determine each gear's gear ratio to gear 'W' (If W spins once how many times does each other gear spin?)
2. Determine each gear's spin direction, Clockwise or Counter Clockwise
3. If a gear is spinning clockwise multiply the gear ratio by '123'
4. If a gear is spinning counter clockwise multiply the gear ratio by '234'
5. Remove the decimal portion of each number
6. Use the results to determine the coordinates in:

N [2nd Digit of L][C+J-K]_[2nd Digit of B+E-D][M+1st Digit of F].[1st Digit of I][K-C][G-N+1]
W [1st Digit of H][A-(B+1)][D-2nd Digit of H]_[2nd Digit of A][K+C-2nd Digit of B].[J][(F+G)-(I+D)][(B+A)-(L+H)]

icezebra11, my puppy Orizaba, and I had a fun day of caching in the hills today, taking a long hike to get after an interesting multi-cache we'd been working on over an extended period. After we finished the hike we came after a couple of The Cooker mystery caches: this one, and Sequences. I had forgotten that I'd found and logged Sequences more than 6 years ago, and was surprised, when I consulted my paperwork, that I had solved this one long ago but had never gone after it it in the field. That changed today, because icezebra11 had the coordinates in hand and we made a quick find of it. As Zaba jumped out of the car she landed on a sand burr and went three-legged from parking to the cache location. I removed the burr from her paw and she was indeed very grateful! Thanks for the interesting puzzle and the cache, The Cooker!

Denali41 and I did some hiking up near Jamestown today and afterward we headed east to the Firestone area to pick up a couple caches that we've had solved for quite a long time. This was one of them. Even though the path was constructed not too long ago, the cache is away from the disturbed area and was a quick find. Thanks The Cooker!!!

Not as tough as it looked once I did a little research. Be careful, the cache is guarded by a spider. I only saw it for a second, but it was black with red on its back.
