Confirmed coordinates are correct. Cache was probably put back harder than I hid it.

This is where we started to hustle, with the rain picking up and ominous black clouds directly to the West. No rumbling or lighting yet, but it's a comin! We made a quick find here, stamped our names and skedaddled back up the hill to the car. TFTC!
