Hi Geocachers

This is a 4 stage multi-cache.   In the first 3 stages of this multi-cache, you will find a 3 digit number on a sticky note (it is waterproofed).     The 3 digit number will give you the answer to a problem.     If you solve the problem it will give you coordinates to the location of next waterproofed sticky notes with another 3 digit number one.  Continue until you find the log book.  

Ex of a puzzle:  waterproofed sticky notes X=2 Y=4 Z=9

40°(X*3)(Z)(Y-2)(Z)

-150°(Y)(Z-6)(X+5)(Z)

After you solve a puzzle it will give you coordinance to the next stick note till you get to the log book.

 

 

1st puzzle:  Fined numbers A,B,C

2nd puzzle: Fined numbers D,E,F

The 4th stage is the log book.  3rd stage will tell you where the 4th stage is aka log book.

Made the one required change to the one formula error, and found a spot that matched the coordinates, but unable to come up with the cache today. Number of digits that the formula produces is still a bit odd vs. what we normally use for caching, so hope we got it all right.

Found stage 3 and solved the equation. Coords seemed strange and far away. Did not find a container.

An interesting way to do a multi-cache. We missed the first step but figured out the next couple. Did the math and quickly found the final. I didn't trade any items but I signed the log.

Formula for the final longitude ( -105°(9-5)(H)(9-2)(I)(G+3)(I) ) is incorrect, but it wasn't hard to figure out what it should be. Posting the coords for the 2nd & 3rd stages drops the difficulty down to 1 star. SL.
