Tom's Canyon is a pretty great place to ride and this is a really great place to go visit. It's an Overhanging Partially Collapsed Arch right next to the road. It's a safe place to visit, but there are plenty of fall hazards, so be careful. It's a great place for kids, but keep an eye on them. And whatever you do, don't cross the arch! The cache is in a very safe spot, in a small clearing, and concealed by three suspicious rocks.
When you're standing at the arch looking north, you can see a small rock overhang, it's worth it to make your way around to that rock to get a clearer view of the whole waterfall area. When we set the cache, we actually took our chairs over there to eat lunch.
The 3.5 Terrain Difficulty is primarily for the road coming in. It's a pretty great road in a lot of places, but there are a number of spots that are rough. We rode ATVs, and I generally recommend ATVs or UTVs, and I would rate it 2.5 for those vehicles. The road is fine for Jeeps or good 4WD pickups, but I'd give it more of a 3.5 rating for those vehicles.
Log Only BYOP - It's not a Micro, but it's tight, and it might be helpful to have tweezers to get the log out.
