OMG! What fun. First, this is definitely getting a fav from me. I had no idea what type of adventure I was in for. Found the clue but forgot my TOT. I was trying to get the clue back into the container when about 4 important looking people carrying clipboards and binders came out of the building. They were discussing the fact that the paint on parts of the outside of the building was fading, concrete in places was chipping, etc. I’m like trying to be as inconspicuous as possible. Been a long time since I have been in a library but didn’t forget how it operates thank goodness! Found the cache and was rewarded with lots of fun items. Inked the log and replaced as found. TNLN. Turned out to be an exciting adventure! Thanks cbland311 for placing this cache.
