You can see the inverted pyramid from Indian Creek Road (CR420). A steep, but short hike takes you to the base. If you go more to the left as you face uphill, the underbrush is lighter.
A clear plastic jar with a blue lid. Contains a log several items for swapping.

Could not find roads

I'm glad I had 4 wheel drive today to get up the road to this cache. We had quite the adventure to make this find. We found the container just laying on the ground out in the open. After stamping the log I tucked it under a rock up under the huge boulder to keep it dry this winter. The container has a big crack on one side so it needs to be replaced. AWESOME place!! Thanks for bringing us here. Off to the next one. [8d][8d] SL TFTC TNLN

We were hiking in this area today and decided to head out to see if we could find this cache. We parked at the trail head and then hiked a mile in to the cache. The road would have been a bit too rough for our geotruck so I'm glad we decided to walk. Then it was up the steep hill to the cache. After searching for a minute we got our hands on the cache and our name on the log. What a great cache and it was well worth the one mile hike in to get here. There were some bottles and cans in the area that we took out with us. This is too beautiful an area for trash.

Beautiful October afternoon for a bike ride. I used to ride up here a lot, but haven't ridden here in years. Location not exactly as described in hint so it may have been moved, but cache and container are in good condition. SL. Took "Pat Colorado" SI. Left SI. Thanks for the cache!

Great cache! I had to put my SUV in 4-wheel drive the last 2 miles. 7.8 miles on Indian Creek Rd. .8 miles past Indian Trail trail head. Be looking up!
