Alaska, the final Frontier! I traveled there in August and I wanted to commemorate that wonderful experience with a cache. BTW, there are many wonderful caches there also!

Alaska, what a beautiful place! Ok, I do wonder if I will feel the same way when it is 20 below. But non the less, it is very beautiful in its own right. Weird, the sunset was at 11PM. You are in a restaurant, you've been there for what seems an awfully long time, but the light outside still looks like when you went in. Then you look at your watch for the shock - "It's 10:30!" Well, I imagine many folks unintentionally close restaurants and bars all the time!

Everyone ought to experience Alaska at least once in their lifetime!

We will take a DNF. The road construction has changed the area. Visiting from California with our friends Ladditude, who introduced us to Geocaching in 2004. Enjoyed the beautiful Colorado sky and picked up 35 caches on the run. Thanks to the CO's for placing these great caches. SL

No luck. What looked like GZ was right in the middle of a pile of freshly plowed dirt so we gave up pretty quickly thinking it was probably messed up with the construction going on. Too bad!
