Woohoo! I have spent the last year learning this code and today it paid off :-) it took me almost an hour, so I'm glad no one was waiting on me to decipher a World War attack :-) but I really enjoyed the process. Made my way up here to make the smiley. TFTC! All is well with this cache. This gets a favorite.

#1 Beefers and I wanted to find this cache on the way to the Wingin' It event. With help from another cacher friend, we solved the puzzle. With the snow, it was not possible to find the cache. Bummer.
