This cache is placed in honor of my younger brother who passed away far too young a few years ago. Dan would have loved this outstanding and infrquently used trail.

The cache is placed immediately off the trail and requires some minor bouldering. Once on top of the boulder it might be a good lunch spot or at least a faux lunch spot just in case the rare muggle happens by. The container is a pill bottle camoed green to blend in with it's surroundings. It contains the log and a couple of foriegn coins, please bring your own writing instrument.

CONGRATULATIONS TO HARTSDALE ON ANOTHER FTF!!!

On a beautiful fall day while up in area decided to get this cache in memory of my brother who also passed away a few years ago much too soon. He loved to be outdoors and would go caching with me when we got together. TFTC

so sorry to hear about your brother, dan.even tho we didn’t know him i’m sure he would have loved this trail. :)!this cache was our goal today to fill in an empty spot on the jasmer challenge list and ended up being our last for the day after taking a loop hike up to cheyenne mountain peak, back through swisher meadow, down swisher trail and now almost back to the car. our legs and knees are fried!! fun spot for this one. tftc

I was out for a nice hike today; this was my first visit to this trail and Cheyenne Mountain. Since I was in the area, I decided to give this cache a try. I enjoyed the trail and was happy to make the find on the cache with no drama. The container is still in serviceable condition. Thanks to the CO for bringing me to the MacNeill Trail and placing this cache for everyone to find, TFTC.

I'm afraid this one is goooone. I looked and looked. If it was on top of any of these boulders, it's been muggled.*********I hiked this way again the next day with a friend, and it only took him minutes to find it in some shrubbery...I hadn't thought to search in non-bouldery areas. Anyway, it was very chewed up from some varmint, but we rehid it and continued our hike. TFTC!

Was up there doing a last check on my caches before winter sets in. So I found this fairly new one also while there. I added a few sticks to help keep it from falling out of its place. TFTC.

Found this poor little guy lying in the middle of the trail. Replaced as best I could guess to its original location
