I thought this cache would be logged since June, as I remember seeing a few folks going off in search of it after the nearby September CITO event. I didn't want to join them so I headed off in another direction. I came back today for the search. There was a muggle walking his two big barking dogs that was quite annoying. After he decided to go (as I wasn't leaving), I reached down and grabbed the cache. The baggie in here was rediculously enormous, so I replaced it with a suitably sized one.
