My 250th hide along a trail in Pinewood Springs.
From the trail head you will be hiking 2.9 miles round trip to get this cache and the three others along the trail. Elevation changes are frequent and are moderate to difficult. A river crossing is involved but if you find the bridge it should not pose a problem other than the poison ivy nearby.

You will be searching for a small, plastic coffee creamer canister about 5 inches high and two inches in diameter. Container has been camoed and lightly covered but it should be an easy find. Cache is starting with a log book, pencil, TB, and a few small trading items.

My first find in Colorado and my first real find as I was helped on the two others. I looked for Worth the Walk a couple of months ago, but never found it. I'm more familiar with the trails so will find it soon. Be sure to look for the McGregor Toll tree on the way. It is interesting if you've ever read any history of Estes Park. ThanksSmile

Great hike and views. Nice to finally make it on the third try. First time my GPSR batterys died and of course I had inadvertently left the spares in my truck. Second time in the early spring the creek was to fast and high to find a crossing. Cache was very obviouse. Tried to make a little more hidden. SL, Took Dolphine TB, Left Magic Puzzle.
