TFTC. SL. 2nd person to find it, yeahhh.Unfortunately, I saw this cache immediately after it was just laying on the ground. It for sure fell and blew into the ditch. So I did not know where it was originally at lol.I just put it in a spot in the guard rail that hopefully will secure it, but most likely not
