Aspen Oasis - in a sandstone crevasse, a small grove of Aspen trees and other foilage that you would not normally find in this desert area.
Come in from the south east, 1/4 mile hike on uneven terrain from last vehicle stop. Cache is our first one, it a stainless steel ENCANA oil and gas coffee thermose.

nice morning adventure. The cache coordinates are off according to my gps. The coordinates that worked were N40 07.967 W108 45.816. thanks for the cache.

Found after a quite a bit of searching. About 170 feet off! TNLN. SL. We hiked in from the south; about 3 miles round-trip. Nice grove of Aspen and a good spot for lunch. T4TC!

Had some time this morning, so I ran over to Colorado to grab a few hides. Nice area and the aspens were looking good in fall colors. Thanks for the hide! BP
