This cache was placed 1.23 miles from the trailhead (as the crow flies), so who knows exactly how far it is? Old Glory Cache and Mondo's Blob are along this nice trail with great views. The container is a camoed water bottle with small prized to start, and room for coins and small travel bugs.

This is the Cub Creek area, which is also near the very beautiful Maxwell Falls. Make sure you have some gas in the tank, plenty of water, and are prepared for a quick change in weather. You will be a 15-20 minute drive from services.

No luck today. A lot of fallen trees in this area. And it doesn't help with snow on the ground. I'll be back.
