I was headed to the area today to nab the Smokey The Bear TB in a nearby cache and saw this one was in disrepair. Wanting to help out, I happened to hit Target and picked up a lock-n-lock in case the container did indeed need to be replaced (as noted by @Tuquemeister). I found this one as described: a hot mess. No lid. Plastic totally degraded. Contents totally soaked or signs of having been wet. So, I did some field repairs. Replaced the container with a new log in a baggie. Added a few new child-friendly items including buttons and guard dogs. I replaced the container on the other side of the rocks (away from the trail). Please return it there and hide it to ensure this container lives on. Thanks for the cache!

Cache has no lid, no log bag and is falling apart. It was findable, but needs to be replaced.

This cache can barely be called a cache anymore. Maintenance needs to happen on this cache, because it’s little more than half a Tupperware/plastic crumbs. I wish I had a container to replace it with. TFTC

TFTC I came down from Woodland Park to find some caches with geobuddy, nicehice. We will work on a few at the Cheyenne Mountain State Park.
First we stopped by this one for another Smiley face on the map. Nice little walk with a good view.

Those are probably the best coordinates I've used all day. I really liked the book about how to be a spy. I don't think I could qualify.
