Found it, was really well hidden. First find of the year! The log should be replaced, is very wet. See photo.

I finally found this DNF from a few months ago. The hint is spot on! Coordinates around 20ft to the northwest. The log needs replacing. Right now it is a ball of paper mush. I'm happy to finally find this one. TFTC!

Checked the cache to verify it's existence. There is tree-cutting in the area but not so close to where the container is located. Cache is still there.
