The year is 1000 AD. The Viking Age is in full swing, and the fearsome Norsemen are feared throughout Europe. But one day, a group of Vikings set sail for Egypt, not to conquer, but to rescue.

The Vikings had heard stories of a beautiful Egyptian princess who had been kidnapped by a cruel sorcerer. The sorcerer had imprisoned the princess in his castle, and she was slowly wasting away. The Vikings knew that they had to save her.

The Vikings sailed to Egypt and landed on the shores of the Nile. They made their way to the sorcerer's castle and stormed the gates. The sorcerer's men fought bravely, but the Vikings were too strong. They defeated the sorcerer's men and rescued the princess.

The princess was overjoyed to be free. She thanked the Vikings for their bravery and offered them a reward. But the Vikings refused any reward. They said that they were only happy to help.

The Vikings escorted the princess back to her father, the king of Egypt. The king was so grateful to the Vikings that he gave them a feast in their honor. The Vikings feasted and celebrated their victory, and they then set sail for home, knowing that they had made a difference in the world.

The princess never forgot the Vikings who saved her. She often told stories of their bravery and kindness to her children and grandchildren. And the Vikings never forgot the princess either. They told stories of her beauty and grace to their own children and grandchildren.

The story of the Egyptian princess and the Vikings is a reminder that even the most unlikely of allies can come together for a common good. It is also a reminder that there is always hope, even in the darkest of times.

I’ve been running around all day getting caches from August and September. In a week or so. I am planning on a trip to Sweden to get the last cache for my quadruple Jasmer, but of course, Jasmers need maintenance. Happily, this is my fourth cache from August 2023 and I have four from September, so I’m up-to-date. I’m thrilled to get this one and thank you for it, even if I did leave a little flesh and blood on the object at Ground Zero. Oh well, it’s all part of caching. Thanks again!
