This is the first time I've been up to this area. Really great fishing at the lower lake BTW. Thought it would be a good idea to check up on this cache since I adopted it. It's in great shape, log book is a little chewed up, but nothing too bad.

We made the trek to Upper Sand Creek Lake today. Found the cache a little damp inside as the lid had been chewed on and was leaking. We dried things out, signed the logbook (which has been somewhat chewed on but will still work OK) and put the contents in a new container. TFTC!

Great fishing, great place for a cache! The cache was apparently attacked by a rogue squirrel but someone put it back together earlier this month. Left a "Crikey" geocoin; hope it will generate a little traffic. Took a roughed-up Victorinox knife. TFTC!

Boy, what some people will do for a smiley! Never thought I'd be up in Music Pass again due to the rotten approach road----but danged if they didn't fix it last month, so come on up! They also redid the trails. While you are up, Lower Sand Lake is probably more picturesque....boy, you gotta be ready to boogie when the storms start popping.
Anyway, thanks for a reason to drag my old bones so far into the wilderness!
T A dinasaur as a memento
L A dayglo frog and a gold GW dollar coin.

I hit the jackpot as this is my first FTF. The weather was great. Took Mack Backpacker and stuck some fishing flies in the styrofoam antenna ball. Thanks for the cache!!

Thanks to Mr. E for taking ownership of this cache. This is a great area for a nice hike and a day or two of fishing.
