Didn't find it 08/26/2022 By DougRob54
Got down there and promptly got stung by a yellow jacket. A lot of them hiding in the rocks. Not going to try for a while.

I was sitting at my desk when I got the alert that this one had published. Given the rain I figured no one else would be keen to go for an FTF in this weather, but because I’m silly; off I went. Because of construction in the area, the normal 5 minute drive turned out to be a 25min drive.

Years ago there was a cache in this area, but was nothing like this one. I saw DougRob54’s comment about yellow jacket’s…I think I stuck my hand down the same hole but somehow didn’t get stung. Perhaps I tipped them off that geocachers were in the area so they were ready…sorry DougRob54!

I’ll be honest and share that it took me about 30min to make the find on this one. I’m not a fan of rock caches and overlooked the hiding spot about three times. I was happy to finally find this bugger. Thanks to the CO for placing this nice cache for everyone to find, TFTC.
